Motorized Linear Stages A motorized linear translation stage is a high precision positioning device used in industrial and scientific automated motion applications. Linear Stage Motorized

  • A motorized linear translation stage is used to precisely position an object along a single axis. Motorized linear stages include a moving platform and stationary base joined by a bearing system.
  • The motorized linear stages use precision ball screw and linear bearing guide. Its accuracy and load capacity is lower than that of the motorized linear stages which use linear slide guide due to the linear.
  • In a motorized linear stage drift is typically caused by temperature fluctuations or lubricants used in the construction. Additional errors related to drift but caused by other outside forces are Hysteresis.
  • Motorized vertical linear stages ZA07A-R3 and ZA07A-R3S are fitted with rack & pinion and precision cross-roller bearings. The ZM07A-R3S is a high horizontal load capacity stage. Motorized vertical linear stage ZA07A-W2C is fitted with wedge and precision cross-roller bearings. Stage body is made of Aluminum and finished with a clear-matte.
